Scheduling your first appointment

Setting your first appointment is simple and convenient.  Simply call or text to (210) 624-7770 or schedule here.  When requesting a time you can plan on your initial visit taking between 30-45 minutes.

Full Fee Schedule:

New patient exam – $50
Existing patient exam – $25
Adjustment – $50
Dry Needling – $50
In-home Rehab – $25

Cost/Insurance

Alamo Mobile Chiropractic does not bill to any insurance carriers, however, most single visit costs will be just $45.  Because we do not have to hire billing staff or wait for insurance reimbursement, the additional savings are passed on to the patient, which keeps our fees comparable, if not lower, than most insurance co-pays and co-insurance fees.  We are able to take HSA/FSA cards and discounts are available for Miltary/Dependents, First Responders, and Educators.

The Adjustment

Treatment is performed primarily using manual or diversified adjusting techniques and soft tissue mobilization by hand or utilizing a number of tools.

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a technique physical therapists (and chiropractors) use (where allowed by state law) for the treatment of pain and movement impairments. The technique uses a “dry” needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle.
